The Burnie Junior Championships was successfully held over the weekend with more than 50 competitors from all over the State participating.
Local junior, Connor Parke(pictured) took out the 14 & Under Boys singles event and partnered with Burnie's Elliott Johnstone to finish runners-up in the 14/16 Boys Doubles event.
Special thanks to the Tournament Committee, Clayton Graham-Jones and Dale Wylie. Dale took some great shots of the tournament which can be viewed on the Image Gallery.
Alex Johnstone was fantastic in his role as assistant tournament director and a special thank you to the ladies in the canteen.
Club coach, Rod Groom ran a smooth ship at the Speed Serve and Target Serving Competition.
The Club will be looking to grow the numbers for next year's tournament with a date to be published later in the year.
