The Womens Singles round of 16 matches kick off today with five of the top ten juniors in the world remaining in the hunt for the title with matches starting at 10am.
Daria Gavrilova of Russia, currently ranked 2 in the world will face off against Caroline Garcia of France who is sitting at 10 on court 10, second match.
Number six in the world, Irina Khromacheva of Russia will be up against Australia’s Olivia Rogowska first up on court 10.
China’s Saisai Zheng, ranked 7 in juniors will be playing against giant killer from the first round, Australia’s Sophie Letcher, who yesterday took out defending champion, Russian, Arina Rodionova. This match will be played on court 6, second match.
Russian, Yulia Putintseva currently ranked 8, will be third match on court 6 against Japanese, Chiaki Okadaue.
Eugenie Bouchard another top junior, ranked at 16 in the world, will play first match on court 9 against Australia’s Isabella Holland.
